TrueLuxe does not begin from nothing. It stands on TerraFirma — literally, solid earth — the group Sudeep Chandran founded in 1998 to bring institutional-grade professionalism to a market that had little of it.
TerraFirma Developers & Promoters structures land and realty for institutions and private investors. Construction Associates, founded in 2002, designs and builds industry, commerce and homes across Bengaluru, with its own interiors vertical.
